1. Ground Pork Sausage
2. Freshly Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3. Bisquick Baking Mix
4. Chopped Green Onion (Optional)
Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 375° and line a baking sheet. Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Combine with clean hands, potato masher, or mixer.

2. Use a medium scoop or tablespoon to make 24 golfball-size sausage balls. Space evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
