INGREDIENTS

– 1 pound ground pork sausage  – 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese,  – 2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Preheat the oven to 375F. Add the ground sausage, freshly shredded or grated cheddar cheese, Bisquick baking mix, and green onions  to a large bowl.

FORM BALLS

Use clean and slightly damp hands, a potato masher to combine. Now use a medium-sized scooper to scoop out 24 golf ball-sized sausage balls

BAKE

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the sausage meatballs are golden. The temperature should be at least 145 degrees F.
