Crokpot Ranch  Pork Chops

This recipe creates the creamiest, tangiest and tastiest pork chops in the slow cooker

– 2 lbs pork chops – 1 can evaporated milk – 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch    seasoning mix  – 2 tsp Better than Bouillon   chicken seasoning  – 4 ounces cream cheese

Step 1

Add the pork chops to the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix together the evaporated milk, dry ranch seasoning, and bouillon.

Step 2

Pour the evaporated milk mixture. Set to low and cook for 3-5 hours. They are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145º.

Step 3

Remove the pork chops to a plate. Add the cream cheese to the Crock pot, and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Creamy, rich, and savory ranch pork chops are deliciously enjoyed over pasta, rice, or low-carb cauliflower rice, or potatoes
