HOW TO MAKE THE EASIEST BISCUITS FROM SCRATCH

In 15 Minutes!

Add flour to a large bowl. Grate the cold butter into the bowl. Stir to evenly distribute the butter. Preheat oven to 450° Fahrenheit.

Make a well in the mixture and pour in the milk. Stir just until the dough comes together - DO NOT OVER MIX!

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Use a scoop to portion 8-10 biscuits, and drop each onto the paper. Space them 2" or so apart on the sheet.

Bake the drop biscuits for 13-15 minutes, until light golden brown.  Serve warm and enjoy!
