Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Evenly space the frozen Parkerhouse rolls about 1" apart.
When rolls are thawed, with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap sprayed with non-stick cooking oil on the side facing the rolls. Let rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
Preheat oven to 375º F. Bake Parkerhouse Rolls for 10-14 minutes, or until rolls are golden on top.
