Fresh or frozen shredded hash browns are combined with eggs, cheese, ham, and sour cream for a deliciously cheesy breakfast casserole!

1.  Shredded Hash Browns - fresh or frozen! 2. Eggs 3. Shredded Cheese 4. Diced Cooked Ham 5. Sour Cream 6. Onion 7. Evaporated Milk or Half and Half 8. Butter 9. All Purpose Seasoning and Salt

First thing's first: Thaw those hash browns! There are a number of ways to defrost frozen potatoes. Click the link below for top tips!

Preheat the oven to 375° and prepare a 9x13" pan.  Combine all ingredients in one bowl - reserve 1/2 of the cheese.

Pour mixture into the casserole dish, and top with remaining cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes, and serve warm with your favorite breakfast sides!
