Place skillet on stovetop over medium-low heat. Lightly spray griddle or skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Using a whisk or fork, stir all ingredients until just blended.
Transfer the pancake batter to a clean, food-safe squeeze bottle. Test the skillet by adding a few drops of water across the skillet.
For each heart shaped pancake, use approximately 1/3 cup of batter. Carefully add batter to the hot skillet, or dispense from a squeeze bottle.
Cook on first side for about 1-2 minutes. Then, using a pancake turner, flip pancake over, then cook on other side for 1-2 minutes.
