INGREDIENTS

– Olive oil – Onion – Beef stew meat – McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix – Dried thyme – Beef broth – Carrots – Celery – Frozen peas

Set Instant Pot to saute. Add the olive oil. Add the meat and brown for on each side. Add the onions in and saute the onions for 3 minutes.

Stir beef and onion. Add beef broth to the pot to deglaze it, stir. Add carrots and celery, sprinkle beef stew seasoning and thyme. Set for 25 mins at high pressure.

Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.  Wait until all pressure has escaped and the pressure button has dropped before opening pot.

Press the cancel button, and set to saute mode. Add peas, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes, before serving.
