Instant Pot Cheesy Hash Browns

My Instant Pot cheesy hash browns recipe is a perfect Cracker Barrel hash brown casserole copycat. It’s a rich and yummy casserole that’s great to serve for breakfast or for dinner!

Ingredients

– hash brown potatoes  – cream of chicken soup – sour cream – onion – cheddar cheese

Step 1

In a bowl add the hash browns, soup, sour cream, diced onions, garlic powder, diced ham, and shredded cheese.

Step 2

Combine, and transfer to the prepared pan. Top with  cheese. Cover the pan with a large piece of aluminum foil

Step 3

Next, pour one cup of water into the pressure cooker. Cook on HIGH pressure for 35 minutes.

Step 4

Let the casserole sit and cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. This will help the dish to stay firm

You can also add cooked veggies to the recipe, such as sliced and sauteed mushrooms or diced peppers,
