HOW TO MAKE SPRING SUGAR COOKIES WITH PASTEL M&MS

1. All-purpose flour 2. Fine sea salt 3. Baking soda 4. Unsalted butter 5. Brown sugar 6. Granulated cane sugar 7. Eggs 8. Vanilla extract 9. M&M’s Easter candies

Ingredients

Step 1: First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and prep your baking sheets.

Step 2: Next, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium sized bowl. Set aside.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the sugars and softened butter until light and fluffy.

Step 4: Turn the mixer to low, and slowly begin to incorporate the flour mixture into the bowl. Work just a bit at a time, and turn off the mixer as soon as all of the ingredients are blended together

Step 5: Drop scoops or spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, keeping them a couple of inches apart to allow spreading.Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are set and slightly browned

Step 6: Remove from the oven and let the cookies rest for about 5 minutes on the baking sheets.
