easy & yummy
In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil and sugar; let stand for 5 minutes. Add beaten egg, salt, and 3 cups of flour and make a soft dough.
Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 3-5 minutes. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Divide into 8 pieces and shape each into a smooth flattened ball. Place 3 in. apart on baking sheet. Cover rolls and let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 425ºF for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool. Cut in half to serve.
