Make Sirloin Tip Roast Slow Cooker recipe for a mouth watering meal of juicy, fall apart, tender beef. Let your crock pot do the cooking!
Unwrap the beef roast. Measure seasonings into a small bowl; stir to combine. Sprinkle seasoning on all sides of the roast.
Add oil to skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering, add it to the skillet and brown on all sides for 2-3 minutes each, or until a golden brown crust develops.
Layer half of the onions in the bottom of the crockpot. Place browned roast over the onions, then layer the other half of the onions on top.
Combine the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, then pour the liquid around the roast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Transfer the roast to a carving board or serving platter. Give the beef 10 to 15 minutes of rest time before slicing and serving.
