Shake and Bake Chicken Tenders

Who remembers Shake and Bake Chicken as a kid? I do! Moms loved making it because it was quick and easy and it always came out juicy and crispy.

– Chicken tenderloins – Melted butter or olive oil – Panko or bread crumbs – Onion powder – Garlic powder

Step 1

Place the chicken tenderloins on a plate or a sheet of wax paper. Brush the melted butter on to the chicken strips. Coat them.

Step 2

Add panko and seasonings to a ziplock bag, shake to mix. Place chicken strips to the bag, and shake them to coat the chicken.

Step 3

Preheat your oven to 375F. Get a casserole dish and spray it with cooking spray. Place the chicken tenders on the  casserole pan

Step 4

Bake chicken tenders at 375ºF for 15 to 17 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF in the center.

Serve the crispy chicken tenders warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, BBQ, or honey mustard.
