This cinnamon buns recipe is easy, thanks to readymade frozen dough. Simply roll the dough, spread on the butter and cinnamon sugar, and bake!

The Easiest No-Knead Recipe!

Thaw the readymade dough so that it's cool but pliable. Roll out and shape into a rectangle. Dimple the dough and let rest for 15-30 minutes.

Use a pastry brush to coat the dough with melted butter. Combine the sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly on the buttered dough.

Roll the dough into a log. Use a knife or floss to cut 12 even slices. Place pieces on a prepared baking sheet.

Make the icing with creamed butter and powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream. Spread onto the cooled cinnamon rolls.
