Healthy chicken tenders (no breading!) are a snap to make in the oven or air fryer with this easy recipe!

1. Melted Butter (or oil) 2. Paprika 3. Garlic Powder 4. Sea Salt 5. Black Pepper 6. Chicken Tenderloins - FRESH OR FROZEN!

Ingredients

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY BAKED CHICKEN TENDERS

No Breading!

1. Prepare a baking dish or sheet. Combine seasonings in a shallow pan, add melted butter to a second shallow pan.

2. Dip each tender in the melted butter, then dip in the seasonings to coat. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree F oven. 

Oven Baked Chicken Tenderloins

Air Fry at 325 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
