Combine the box ingredients with two other ingredients and bake.
Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix into a medium mixing bowl, stir in beaten egg, creamed corn, and oil or butter until just mixed.
Pour the cornbread mix with creamed corn into the prepared baking dish or cast iron skillet. Let rest for 5 minutes before baking
Bake at 400ºF for 20-23 minutes, until the center is set and cornbread is golden in color.
