Notes
Serve this savory snack using a round loaf of bread, and our sourdough bread bowl recipe is perfect! It is a fun way to serve this at parties that everyone will love.
Recipe Variations:
Use fresh spinach instead of frozen—just sauté it lightly before mixing.
Add bell peppers for a pop of color and extra crunch.
Swap out sour cream for plain Greek yogurt to make it lighter.
Storing Instructions:
Store leftover veggie spinach dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
It’s not a good idea to freeze this vegetable spinach dip because the sour cream and mayo don’t thaw well. Instead, go ahead and whip up a new batch in just a few minutes!
