Bridgford Meats Used

• Bridgford Original Beef Jerky

Any combination of Bridgford meats works here. Use what your crew loves most.

Everything Else We Used on the Board

• String cheese or mozzarella cheese strips (for the football laces)
• Sharp cheddar, sliced and cubed
• Crackers
• Marcona almonds
• Green grapes
• Candy pieces (we used M&Ms)
• Cornichons
• Mini saltines
• Green Olives

How to Build It

1. Slice the Summer Sausage into rounds.
2. Fan and stack the Italian Salami, and Turkey Pepperoni in the center of your board, building an oval shape like a football. Top with Summer Sausage rounds.
3. Lay a strip of string cheese down the center for the seam, then add a few short pieces across it for the laces.
4. Fill in around the football with crackers, cheddar slices, and cheddar cubes.
5. Add the Beef Jerky in a small bowl (or two) in the corners.
6. Finish the open spaces with grapes and candy.

Set it out before kickoff and watch it disappear by halftime.
