This pizza dip tastes like your favorite pepperoni pizza, only you scoop it with chips. It starts with a creamy layer of cream cheese, then pizza sauce, melty mozzarella, and a blanket of Bridgford Pepperoni that curls at the edges as it bakes. It’s the easy one-skillet appetizer I make for football night when the whole family shows up hungry. Check step 3 for the simple move that keeps the cream cheese layer smooth instead of tearing into the sauce.

🎯 TFN Pro Tip
Shred your own cheese! Packaged shredded cheese contains anti-caking additives that keep the cheese shreds from sticking together. Those additives keep the cheese from smoothly melding, which means you won’t have an amazing cheese pull.
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Let the cream cheese sit out until it’s soft so it spreads without tearing.
- Spread 8 ounces (1 package) softened cream cheese over the bottom of a 9-inch skillet or round baking dish. Press it out to the edges in an even layer.
- Spoon 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce over the cream cheese and spread it gently, so you don’t drag the cream cheese up into the sauce.
- Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Arrange Bridgford Pepperoni edge to edge across the whole top, covering the cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the pepperoni start to curl.
Serve warm, right from the skillet, with tortilla chips for scooping.
